Most of our orders received before 2:00 p.m. AST will ship in 3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 p.m. AST will ship during the following 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, Puerto Rico holidays or Federal holidays.

Orders within Puerto Rico and to US states are sent via USPS Priority Mail and may take up to 5 to 10 days for delivery. Orders to US outlaying states and territories may take longer. Orders shipped can be tracked via USPS’ supplied tracking number. Sadly, Gravity has no control over orders out for delivery. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Lost deliveries may be claimed directly to the USPS.
